Moving to the United States can be tricky at times..my first time in America and it hasn’t been so easy for me..just work ..work and still working …All I want is to get a good job and live a happy and normal life with my paps..he is the most important person to me..I ll kill for him..?don’t mind me..am just joking ..but to be sincere I would kill for him…After the death of my mother which I didn’t even meet ..according to my father …my mom passed away while I was only three years old so I didn’t even meet her..all my life ..my father as always been the most important thing to me ..he sponsored my education through out my high school life …we used to live in Mexico City but ever since my dad lost his job..we decided to move to the USA..According to my father …United States of America..is actually one of the best countries in the world ..and I feel so happy finally arriving U.S.A
“Yes…here we are ..wo..wo..!”I screamed out loud ..I was putting on a long coat and legis …wearing a head warmer on my head ..with my thick pink socks

“Waky waky ..wake up girlie..!”a very familiar voice woke me up as I gradually opened my eyes ..oh gosh ..it’s another brand new day ..this old man won’t let me rest …at all ..”oh paps…am still very sleepy..”Rosie said as she stood up sluggishly from the bed …still scratching her eyes ..”well here in the USA ..you have to work to put food on your table..so get to work..do all the house chores …while I go in search of a job..!”my father is just 57years old tho he looks very older than his age …he was dressed in his fitted shirts and trousers…spick and span..at his age..he didn’t need to work…he only needs rests but because of me..he wants to work in other to sponsor my education to the university..am just twenty years old…not a miner anymore..
“Dad…you don’t need to do this..you know how the cops treats the aliens in this country ..looking for a job in this country might just lead you to the prison if the cops sees you..”I said very worried ..I wouldn’t want anything to happen to my dear father ..”relax now my girl..nothing bad is gonna happen to me.. am still the strong Tiger …!”
And for no reason we burst into laughter…”that’s my strong Tiger..”I hailed my father calling him his nickname …as we both stepped out of my room ….

“Time for school sleepy head …wake up now little brother …!”A young handsome man dressed in black suits tapping his brother who was still snoring on bed ..”ohhh…!”the guy on the bed said..”get up Fernando ..,I always tell you not to drink too much but you don’t ever listen…now look at how you look so messed up…!”Miguel advised his younger brother Fernando …clown of the family..”ugh..bro..leave me alone..I wanna sleep..!”Fernando said still on the bed ..”besides am not having class this morning ..so just let me sleep..please ..!”Fernando said as he used his blanket to cover himself even more ..”Lazy ass …mom must not see you here still on bed ..you know..!and it’s time for breakfast so you better join us soon or she’ll notice that you went out last night..am already late for work..I ll see you later …”Miguel said as he pecked his brother and left the room..
Here is another different lovely family ,Miguel Beltran twenty five years old the first son of the beltrans..cool..handsome..very responsible.. however Fernando..on the other hand is the opposite of his brother …reggae..not as handsome as Miguel..proud..rude ..lazy..but he was the apple of his mother’s eyes…his mother could do anything for her son and sometimes Miguel feels as if he’s been cheated on..because he has been the best son he could be but his mother didn’t seem to appreciate his effort …but he was more close to his father …than his mother…but despite the fact that their parents treats them differently ..they both loved each other so dearly …only one person can break the bond between this two close brothers …
I walked down the streets of Vera in search of a job and all I got was that there is no vacancy ..I almost lost hope in finding a job .. seriously…who would even wanna employ a complete old man like me..I said to my self as I looked carefully at the road about to cross…
“Ok ..mother..is there anything you need ?”Miguel said using his left hands to control the gear of his car …”yes ..one more thing ..son..I ..need a favour..I want you to help me find a very competent gardener ..cos I just fired Louis …!”Mrs Roxana Beltran said ..”mother…but Louis is very nice…this is the fourth time you are firing one of those gardeners ..I thought you liked Louis …!”Miguel said trying to concentrate on his driving skills ..as Roxana wouldn’t stop lamenting..”well none are competent and you know how I adore the flowers in the garden so much ..I wouldn’t want anything to destroy it..

Meanwhile Mr Tiger del monte was about to cross the road ..as Miguel hunged up he didn’t even notice tiger coming forth as he mistakenly hit tiger …hard…
Oh my God ..what has he done ..people immediately gathered from no where…he hopped out from his car as he carried Mr del monte who had fainted immediately..and was bleeding very fast ..Miguel carried Mr del monte with the help of some people as he rushed straight to the hospital with fear hoping nothing is going to happen to mr del monte…
At the gate of the hospital…he parked his car bringing out Mr del monte as he shouted ..”Doctor.. emergency..I need help…somebody help..!”he said as the nurses immediately brought the strecher they immediately placed Mr del monte on it..he was loosing a lot of blood ..they rushed him straight to the operation..room as the receptionist.. interrupted Miguel ..”are you a relative of his..?”the nurse said asked ..”no..I accidentally..hit him by the road side …I don’t know anything about him…!”Miguel said..”hmm..we can’t operate on him until one of his relatives fill this form ..!”the nurse said ..”what..you have to ..please ..he must not die..I beg you..I don’t know anything about him..please …!”Miguel pleaded as one of the nurse joined them ..”Mr …here’s a belonging of the old man you brought ..!”she said as she gave him a wallet …”thanks..!”Miguel collected it ..”please ..treat him..please ..I beg you..please…I ll pay you any amount..just make sure that he lives..!”
“Hmm..ok..the doctor will operate him soon..but please make sure you get at least one of his relatives as soon as possible before dark ..!”the young nurse said as she exited ..Oh shit ..see what mom made me do ..shit..now I have to fix all these mess at once…I said as my phone distracted my thoughts..I picked the call …”son…where are you ..?”Mr Orlando Beltran asked ..”Father .. I’m on my way..I just need to run some errands ..I ll be there soon …!”
“You better be…the board meeting about to start ..!and I need you…!”
“Alright..I ll be there soon ..!”Miguel said as he hunged up..where on Earth will I get the relative of this man ..I said remembering that I had his wallet..I know it’s not the right thing to do but I had to open it..maybe I ll find something that could be of help..I said as i opened the wallet a small locket dropped down..I picked it up to see what’s in there..and there I saw a pretty young lady smiling with a more matured man by her side …”hmm ..!”I sighed to check and finally I saw something that could really help..his phone..thank Goodness there was no password in it..so it was easy for me to operate it..I quickly searched for his contacts …”hmmm..”I kept on scrolling until I saw a contact name “my daughter ..!..this one..”I said smiling very happily as I I called the number immediately….
“Please please please pick ..up..!”Miguel said
While I was arranging the living room …my phone beeped ..”oh …it’s my little tiger calling..”I said as I picked the call
“Hello Dad….any good news..did you get the job ..?”Rosie said realising that no one was responding..”he …l…l..o..father..are you there ..?”Rosie said …
“Hello..!”Miguel finally said something ..
That’s not my Tiger’s voice ..”who are you..what are you doing with my dad’s phone ..?let me tell you one thing Mr..you better leave my father alone or else I ll do something you will regret..”I said at the top of my voice …getting mad for no reason..”hey ..madame..relax ..a bit..I didn’t kidnap your father…please come to the lunar hospital..your father’s life is in danger …!”
